Home-Agents dashboard

The Home-Agents dashboard provides a real-time overview of how AI agents interact with your APIs through automated jobs and workflows. It helps you track execution status, understand workload distribution, and monitor automation performance across your system.

This dashboard is powered by real-time job and API activity data so you can see how agents are operating in production.

Agent Activity Overview

Below the top banner are key agent and job indicators:

Jobs in Progress

Number of jobs currently being executed by agents.

  • Indicates active workload
  • Helps monitor real-time processing activity

Pending Jobs

Jobs that are queued and waiting to be executed.

  • Useful for identifying backlogs
  • Indicates system load or delays

Jobs Completed

Total number of successfully completed jobs.

  • Reflects overall system throughput
  • Indicates successful automation execution

Failed Jobs

Number of jobs that failed during execution.

  • Helps detect issues in workflows
  • Indicates reliability of agent processes

Job Execution Insights

This section provides detailed visibility into agent activity.

Recent Jobs

Lists recently executed jobs with detailed metadata.

  • API: API involved in the job
  • Agent: Type of agent action (e.g. Build API, Build OpenAPI Spec)
  • Started At: Timestamp of execution
  • Created By: User who initiated the job
  • Status: Job status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, Failed)

Helps you:

  • Track ongoing workflows
  • Investigate failed jobs
  • Monitor execution history

Jobs by Type

Breakdown of jobs by category.

  • Build API
  • Build OpenAPI Spec
  • Build SDK
  • Refactor Code

Provides insight into:

  • Most common automation tasks
  • Distribution of agent activity

Workload and Technology Insights

This section helps you understand how jobs are distributed across technologies and APIs.

Technology Across Jobs

Shows which technologies are most used in agent-driven workflows.

Examples:

  • MuleSoft
  • AWS API Gateway
  • Azure API Management
  • Django
  • Laravel

Helps identify:

  • Technology adoption trends
  • Infrastructure usage patterns

APIs with Most Jobs

Lists APIs with the highest number of executed jobs.

  • API: Name of the API
  • Total Job #: Number of jobs executed

Helps you:

  • Identify heavily automated APIs
  • Understand where most agent activity is concentrated

Filters & Controls

At the top-right of the dashboard, you can filter data by:

  • Environment (e.g. production, staging)
  • Category (e.g. end user, department)
  • Time range (e.g. last 24 hours)
